Subscription and Payment Terms

Effective from: April 1, 2025

§1. Definitions

  1. Service – a web application available at https://www.probelist.com, offering subscription services related to Inspection management.
  2. User – a natural or legal person who uses the Service and enters into a subscription service agreement.
  3. Subscription – a paid service providing access to the Service's features under a selected subscription plan.
  4. Subscription Plan – a set of functionalities and limits defined by the Service, including the number of Inspection Objects, Inspection Items, and Inspections within a given billing period.
  5. Billing Period – a monthly or annual period for which the User pays the subscription fee.

§2. Subscription and Payment Rules

  1. The User selects a Subscription Plan during registration or while using the Service.
  2. Access to the Service's functionalities depends on the paid Subscription Plan.
  3. Payments are made in advance for the selected billing period – monthly or annual.
  4. The Service accepts recurring payments processed through payment operators, including Przelewy24.
  5. The User agrees to automatic subscription renewal on the date the current billing period ends.
  6. The User may cancel the subscription at any time; however, the fee paid is non-refundable for the current billing period.

§3. Limits and Plan Changes

  1. Each Subscription Plan includes specific limits:
    • Number of Inspection Objects
    • Number of Inspection Items
    • Number of Inspections
  2. Exceeding limits may require upgrading to a higher plan or result in restricted access to Service features.
  3. The User may change the Subscription Plan at any time – the change takes effect from the next billing period, unless the Service allows an immediate change.

§4. Invoices and Documentation

  1. After payment, the User receives a VAT invoice (if applicable) sent to the provided email address or available for download from the User panel.
  2. The User is required to provide correct data necessary for issuing accounting documents.

§5. Withdrawal and Complaints

  1. A User who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, unless they began using the Service before the expiry of this period.
  2. Payment-related complaints may be submitted electronically to: kontakt@probelist.com or via the contact form in the Service.
  3. Complaints are processed within 14 business days.

§6. Final Provisions

  1. These Terms are available on the Service's website.
  2. The Service reserves the right to amend these Terms. Users will be informed of changes with appropriate notice.
  3. In matters not covered herein, the provisions of the Polish Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act shall apply.

§7. Entry into Force

  1. These Terms enter into force on April 1, 2025.
  2. The Terms apply to all Users from the date of publication on the Service.
  3. In case of an update, the new version of the Terms shall take effect 14 days after publication, unless otherwise stated.
