Privacy Policy
Effective from: April 1, 2025
§1. General Information
- This Privacy Policy defines the rules for processing and protecting personal data of users of the ProbeList.com service (hereinafter: the Service), operated by Weban Artur Kremens, ul. Mieszka I 4a, 66-008 Świdnica, Poland, NIP: 9730871143 (hereinafter: the Administrator).
- Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services.
§2. Scope of Collected Data
- The Administrator processes users' personal data in the following scope:
- First and last name (if provided),
- Email address,
- User account data (login, password – encrypted),
- Data related to activity in the Service (e.g., creating and editing inspections, items, workspaces),
- IP address, cookies, and other technical data,
- Data voluntarily provided through correspondence or contact with the Administrator.
§3. Purposes of Data Processing
- Personal data is processed for the purpose of:
- providing electronic services and managing user accounts,
- enabling the creation and management of inspections and workspaces,
- ensuring the proper operation and security of the Service,
- contacting users,
- statistical and analytical purposes,
- direct marketing of the Administrator's own services – only with user consent.
§4. Legal Basis for Processing
- The legal basis for data processing is:
- Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – necessity for the performance of a contract,
- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest of the Administrator,
- Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – user consent (for voluntary processing, e.g., newsletter).
§5. Data Sharing
- User data may be shared with:
- entities processing data on behalf of the Administrator (e.g., hosting service providers, analytical tools),
- public authorities – only in cases provided for by law.
§6. Data Retention Period
- Personal data will be stored for the period of:
- use of the user account and provision of services,
- until consent is withdrawn (for consent-based processing),
- in accordance with applicable legal provisions (e.g., tax, accounting).
§7. User Rights
Every user has the right to:
- access their personal data,
- rectify, delete, or restrict the processing of their data,
- data portability,
- object to data processing,
- withdraw consent at any time,
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
§8. Cookies, localStorage, and Technical Data
- The Service uses cookies and similar technologies for the purpose of:
- ensuring the proper operation of the Service,
- statistical analysis of traffic,
- adapting content to user preferences,
- marketing activities (if applicable).
- The Service uses the following analytical tools and data storage technologies:
- Google Analytics 4 (provider: Google LLC, USA) – a tool for statistical analysis of website traffic. Google Analytics sets the following cookies:
_ga– user identifier, lifetime: 2 years,_ga_*– session state maintenance, lifetime: 1 minute.
- localStorage – a browser mechanism for storing data locally on the user's device. The Service uses the following keys:
cookie_consent– stores the user's cookie consent decision (value: "accepted" or "rejected"),locale– stores the selected language version of the Service (value: "pl" or "en").
- Google Analytics 4 (provider: Google LLC, USA) – a tool for statistical analysis of website traffic. Google Analytics sets the following cookies:
- Data transfer outside the EEA. Due to the use of Google Analytics, user data may be transferred to Google LLC based in the USA. The transfer is carried out on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) in accordance with Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR.
- The User can manage cookies through their web browser settings. Deleting or blocking cookies may affect the functionality of the Service.
- The User may withdraw consent for analytics cookies at any time by clearing browser data or removing the
cookie_consentkey from localStorage. - The application also uses cookies and localStorage data necessary for user authentication and proper operation of the Service (including session tokens and authorization tokens). These are essential technical cookies and data within the meaning of Art. 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy) and do not require user consent.
§9. Security Measures
The Administrator applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure data security, including SSL encryption, authorization systems, and restricted access to data.

§11. Entry into Force
- This Privacy Policy enters into force on April 1, 2025.
- The Privacy Policy applies to all Users from the date of publication on the Service.
- In case of an update, the new version of the Privacy Policy shall take effect 14 days after publication, unless otherwise stated.
