Plan limits at a glance
Three limits decide which plan fits: the number of locations, inspection items, and active inspections. Count how many clients or buildings you look after, how much equipment you want to track, and how many recurring inspections should be active at once.

The Basic and Premium plans include a 3-year and an 8-year inspection history respectively. A dedicated plan with no limits is also available.
Location, inspection item, and active inspection
The three limits in the price list match the three levels you work on in the app:
Location
A place or a client for which you record an address, a contact person, and notes. It can be a building, a venue, or a service client.
Inspection item
A device or installation at a location, for example an air conditioner, a hood, an extinguisher, or a lift. It has a brand, a serial number, and a note.
Active inspection
A recurring inspection with a due date, a frequency, and a task list that is set up in the app and returns on its next dates.
Reminders, history, and help choosing a plan
Every plan lets you keep locations, inspection items, and recurring inspections with a task list, results, and the inspector. The Free plan includes basic email reminders, while the Basic and Premium plans include advanced reminders with customizable intervals.
The inspection history covers 3 years on the Basic plan and 8 years on the Premium plan. Data is protected with SSL encryption and regular backups, and stored in European data centers.
Three questions that help you pick a plan
- How many clients, buildings, or venues do you look after? Each of them is one location.
- How much equipment and how many installations do you want to track separately? That is the number of inspection items.
- How many recurring inspections should be set up at the same time? That is the number of active inspections.
You will usually reach the limit of inspection items or active inspections before the number of locations. Sample calculations for four industries are in the use case descriptions, and if in doubt you can describe your case to us.
