Common ground

What these groups have in common

Industries differ in equipment and regulations, but the problem is similar: many places, many deadlines, and little time to remember everything. If you recognize several of the situations below in your own work, ProbeList will probably be useful:

  • you keep inspection dates in a spreadsheet, a calendar, or a notebook, and sometimes one slips
  • the history of visits and results is known mainly by one person on the team
  • when a client, a board, or an owner asks, you have to search for dates in several places
  • some inspections return once a year or less often and are easy to forget
  • you want to assign inspections to specific people and see what is overdue
Size of the organization

From a single building to a portfolio of several dozen locations

The owner of one or two locations will start on the free plan: two locations, five inspection items, and ten active inspections, with no credit card. A service company with a dozen or so clients, or a manager of a dozen or so buildings, usually lands on the Basic plan, which covers up to 20 locations.

Larger organizations use the Premium plan, which holds up to 50 locations, up to 1000 inspection items, and up to 10000 active inspections. When you manage more properties, a dedicated plan with no limits is available. You can change plans at any time, so you do not have to get it right from day one.

Scope

What you can expect and what you cannot

ProbeList organizes due dates, the history of results, and the assignment of people to inspections. It does not issue quotes or invoices, does not settle costs, and does not decide which checks are mandatory. You agree the scope with contractors and specialists, and the app watches the dates you record.
